Chaarya Resort & Spa, Tissamaharama

My stay at the resort was fantastic, surrounded by beautiful gardens and just a stone's throw from Thissa Lake. The staff were exceptional in their hospitality, making sure we felt welcomed even during a busy gala dinner. However, the dining options had a limited variety for breakfast and dinner, so that was a slight downside. Still, overall, it was a perfect getaway with comfortable and spacious rooms.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The food was absolutely delicious, especially at breakfast and dinner, and the pool area was fantastic. However, the rooms left much to be desired as they were not well-kept and had issues with cleanliness. The service was mostly good, though there were instances where we faced communication barriers. Overall, it's a place with great dining options but needs improvement in room maintenance.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, where my family and I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were truly welcoming and accommodating. However, some minor noise issues affected our privacy a bit. Overall, the value for money was excellent, especially with the delightful dining options and well-kept amenities.
